For 16 million you could be the owner of the rumored haunted house that lies in Campanillas in Malaga. I am not sure who would want to buy it, maybe a person who is not put off by the paranormal activity and will restore it. There are rumors that Primark is to open in La Cañada in Marbella. La Cañada will need to expand its space to make room for it but Marbella council have not decided whether it will issue the permits. They will decide within the next 3 months, it is said that the new Primark will create 200 jobs.
