Our history
South Spain Properties was founded after our founder, Max Pakbaz, fell in love with Marbella during numerous visits to the Costa del Sol.
Before making Marbella his home, Max travelled extensively throughout Spain, exploring Madrid, Barcelona, the Balearic Islands, the Canary Islands, Northern Spain and many other regions. After experiencing everything Spain has to offer, one place stood above all the rest—Marbella.
Inspired by its exceptional lifestyle, beautiful climate, international community and long-term investment potential, he decided this was where he wanted to live, invest and build his business.
Having spent many years working in international real estate and investments, Max recognised an opportunity to create a different kind of estate agency—one built on trust, expertise, honesty and exceptional customer service.
More than two decades later, those same values continue to define South Spain Properties.
