  When we decided to pursue buying a Villa in the Golden Triangle we called Max. Max spent several months before we arrived to look at Villas, understanding our needs and desires. When we arrived Max focused only on showing us properties that he new matched our previous discussions. Within 3 days we decided to purchase an incredible Villa in a new development named Be Lagom.   My husband and I were recommended to Max by our friends who also purchased a home here in Benahavis.  We spent one day with Max and saw 7 new developments. It was the best day of shopping for homes, we have ever experienced in our lives. First off, Max insisted on new construction. We have had many homes in the USA, and done renovations and new construction but were unfamiliar with the process involving working with a contractor.  The new build was the way to go. Everything we saw was great.  After a few conversations about what we were looking for, he nailed it!   We chose one place that day.  We are going to be residents so Max was very important to setting us up with everything including, health care, shopping, markets, and all the professionals we needed.   I have been working with Max over the past 5 months to find a second home in South of Spain.
