- With your things nicely organized you now will have room on the side to place candles, plants/vases.
- Find a nice moist protected picture to put on the wall.
- A really simple idea to change the look of your bathroom is to just buy new handles for the drawers and doors.
- One interesting idea is to change the colour of your towels depending on the time of year/season. You could have blues and purples in winter, bright oranges in summer, yellows and bright greens for spring with more darker greens and brown for autumn.
- When picking plants for your bathroom, make sure to research which plants will last when placed in a room that has a lot of moisture. If you do not get much sunlight in your bathroom then also make sure you pick a plant that can survive without much light.
- Another simple way to change the look of your bathroom is to change the mirror, toothbrush holder and other accessories.
- Paint the radiator and other elements in a bright colour to add some life to the bathroom.
- Add some new bright lights.
- Change the flooring, change tiles to wood flooring or vice versa.
- Add wallpaper to one of the walls.
- Change the taps for some shiny new ones and buy a new shower curtain.

- If under you sink does not have a door and it is full of things, you can always hide them by buying a sink skirt.

- If you have a small bathroom then you can always remove the bath and just have a nice spacious shower instead.
There are many things you can do to update your bathroom, just remember to pick one theme and stick to it. If you mix different themes your bathroom will just start to look cluttered/crowded and dated. Also remember how much damp and water is in the bathroom so be sure to buy things that will last with moisture.
