The British developers Citygrove and Burlington are to invest in creating a new shopping plaza over a 30,000m2 plot.  It is hoping to attract major international firms and top brands, plus create over 500 jobs.  Work is hoping to start 2022 and be completed at the end of 2023.  They have chosen the New York architectural firm KPF and chosen Savills Aguirre Newman to manage the site.  Three commercial anchors have already expressed interest to open stores here and we will keep you updated on this news as it unveils.
