Get Ready For Your Next Vacation. Times have been tough and it has been near impossible to get a holiday during the Covid-19 outbreak.  However, with the vaccines, this summer you may be able to get on that sandy beach.  The UK is already saying they will be allowed to Spain this summer on vacation.  They will still have to take a test to show they are negative for the virus but by showing their proof of vaccine they will be placed on a lower risk cagetory and will be able to move around more freely. 
So with that in mind let's start this newsletter with the new hotels coming to Marbella. 
Let's start with the luxurious Hotel Don Miguel.  Although this is not new it is having an extensive refurbishment costing a whopping €70 million. The company in charge of this renovation is Club Med and will mark their return to Spain.  The opening will create around 300 jobs.  The hotel was supposed to open March 2020 but was delayed because of Covid.
If you are looking for the ultimate luxury experience then what about the new IKOS Andalusia.  Just outside Marbella in Estepona right on the beach.  This will be the first hotel the company has opened outside of Greece.  It is set to open April 2021 and has so much to offer you´ll be asking for extra days to stay longer.  With multiple bars and restaurants, multiple sports included such as yoga, tennis, volleyball, darts, HIIT, canoeing, windsurfing plus much more.  Then afterwards why not head to the spa to enjoy a relaxation session.  There is so much this hotel has to offer, click the link below to see for yourself. 
View IKOS Andalusia Hotel
Previously known as the Almenara hotel has been acquired by the lifestyle brand SO/ and will be opening their first hotel in Spain which will be known as SO/ Sotogrande resort and spa.  The hotel will feature 151 rooms with 24 suites.  You will be close by to some of the best golf and polo fields in Europe with beautiful views to the Mediterranean ocean, Gibraltar and the breathtaking countryside.  This hotel will open sometime this year (2021).
Marbella East.
Marbella east is an up and coming area where you may be lucky enough to spot Antonio Banderas heading out of his villa for a stroll on the beach.  The area of Marbella east is more tranquil than Marbella center and the beaches are nicer too.  Additionally living in Marbella east means quicker access to Malaga International Airport.  Adding to the value of the area are 2 new super luxury hotels on the way so let´s have a look at those. 
Four Seasons will open a hotel with a 5* grand luxe category.  The hotel will be a low rise as to not obstruct the coast line too much (to comply with the latest legislation) and will be built on the land owned by Villa Padierna.  Richard Meier will be in charge of the architect design who is the holder of a Pritzker prize.  There will be a private beach club and a group of six or seven restaurants.  While a new public beach club and restaurant will also be opened at a luxury world class level.  The investment will cost around €650 million.  Four Seasons want to make this the most luxurious holiday resort in Spain and the largest one in Andalusia.

Another hotel which was set to open at the end of 2021 is the W Hotel.  Again because of the coronavirus the works were also delayed.  It is possible this will now not open until 2025 with a huge €200 million investment going to be spent on this hotel. W Hotels worldwide part of Marriott international is developing W Marbella.  Again by the beach with it´s own beach club which will likely open before the hotel.  
So as you can see this will significantly help with the popularity of this area and it is the perfect time to invest in this location.  With that in mind let´s look at what deals you can get right now:
