South Spain Properties — An Excellent and Professional Team
August Bank holiday 2015 on a trip to Marbella, we spontaneously decided to look at the price of apartments as we loved the area so much. Before our flight back to the UK my husband popped into the South Spain Properties to look at apartments and prices. He briefly met Max and gave him our specifications and budget. By the time we got back to the UK Max had emailed several properties to us.
We returned six weeks later to Marbella to view the apartments. Max met us on the day we arrived and dedicated his time to us for the whole two days we were there.
We viewed several apartments Max drove us everywhere even to show us the surrounding beaches, golf courses and anywhere we wished to see. (Max had a great knowledge of the area and his English is perfect).
On the second day Max took us back to the apartments that we favoured he was positive in his opinions When we asked but not pushy. We made a decision on a property that day and Max was brilliant. After sitting with us while we left a deposit on the apartment, he then advised us on the best bank to use he took us to the branch, introduced us and sat with us whilst opening the account helping with translation. He then took us to meet a firm of lawyers (who were so friendly and helpful) and again Max sat through the whole process of form signing he explained absolutely everything to us that we needed to know, in great detail and offered his professional advice where needed.
Finally Max even introduced us to a fantastic furniture shop. Nothing is too much for South Spain Properties, five months on and we are about to spend our first holiday in our apartment Max is still in contact and at the end of the phone or email if we need his help or advice on anything.
Our whole experience of purchasing a property was so easy thanks to South Spain Properties and we can't thank them enough.
