Latest News from Marbella
Just a short post on what is going on at the moment.
First of all during last month we had quite a bit of bad winds that have done a lot of damage. Some damage included the walkways on the Paseo. The council after deciding how wide they can have it and which parts it will affect have started fixing it back up. They are hoping to be finished by Easter.

Market activity showed 16% increase in area of Malaga, with Marbella leading the way in sales numbers since 2007. Big builders in the area started selling their off-plan projects. They sold out the properties way in advance of the completion date, which showed the massive recovery signs of the market in the prime areas like Marbella.
