There are rumors that Primark is to open in La Cañada in Marbella.  La Cañada will need to expand its space to make room for it but Marbella council have not decided whether it will issue the permits.  They will decide within the next 3 months, it is said that the new Primark will create 200 jobs.  Do you think Marbella should allow Primark to open in La Cañada or do you think the store is not 'designer' enough for Marbella? Well in our experience we feel that 2015 will be the turning point for property in Spain, well for sure in Marbella where we are based.  We definitely feel that if you have been waiting and waiting to buy property then now is the right time, otherwise you may lose out and have to spend more than what you wanted.
