2015 Will be a Great Year

Spanish Property News Update.
If you have been following the news and wondering when is the best time to buy, now could be the time as Spanish property prices are rising at their fastest rate in 3 years. It is partly due to the raising pound making deals even better for British buyers.
Spain is in full economy recovery at the moment so very soon you could see your favourite property have a higher price tag. Another piece of news that we heard recently is that Spain´s bank - Bankia has sold property assets to Goldman Sachs including stores and warehouses as well as housing. It was said that it was sold for 355 million euros.
