Well the Christmas season is officially over and what will 2015 bring?
Last year saw a record number of holiday makers coming to Spain and this year is set to be the same. With Christmas over we imagine in a couple of weeks tourists will be looking for some sunshine to cheer them up.
Another intresting bit of news we heard is that the first frieght train connecting China to Spain has been completed. It is the longest rail route in the world.
2015 is set to see a great increase in property investments with 2014 showing a 20% increase in property transactions already. Also the number of inventory has gone down meaning that it is becoming harder for people to find exactly what they are looking for; where as in the past the inventory was too high with too many properties for people to chose from. Also although Spain has had a tough time in the property market it is still said to have the lowest mortage rate in the world.
