2017 To Be A Good Year for Real Estate in Marbella

2016 was a year of uncertainty for the property market thanks to Brexit putting many people on hold with investment plans while they see how it affects the market.  However, here in Marbella thanks to the town being multi-cultural even with the loss of some British buyers there were buyers from other parts of the world.  Here at South Spain Properties we saw a surge of buyers from France and Italy. Júzcar

Before we get into the village of Júzcar, tomorrow is 3 kings day (Los Reyes Magos) and it will be the last day to celebrate the Christmas season.  All the shops will be closed including La Cañada so be sure to buy anything you need today.  In Puerto Deportivo Marbella will be the last day of the Christmas market.  Tonight on the streets will be the 3 Kings parade.  It will go down the following streets: (more…)

Marbella Weather

Over the past couple of days we have seen some disastrous weather on the Costa del Sol.  A tornado caused some damage but the heavy rainfall caused many floods and damaged many homes and businesses.  Some people needed to be airlifted to safety with others getting stuck in their cars and having to climb onto the roof to wait for help.  Unfortunately two people lost their lives while trying to get to safety.
